DeGroot Roof Painting - Referral Program Terms & Conditions

1. How The Program Works

The DeGroot Roof Painting Referral Program allows current customers, past customers and approved partners to earn rewards by referring friends, family members, neighbours, and acquaintances to our roof painting services. When you sign up as a referrer, you'll receive a unique referral link to share. Each time someone uses your link and completes a qualifying roof painting project with us, both you and your referred friend will receive benefits as outlined in these terms.

2. A Referral Is

A successful referral occurs when:

 

• You share your unique referral link with a friend, family member, neighbor, or acquaintance
• The referred person clicks your link and submits their information to DeGroot Roof Painting
• The referred person completes a roof painting project with DeGroot Roof Painting
• The referred person's payment for services has been received in full
• The project is not canceled or disputed after completion

 

All referred individuals must be new, first-time leads (and therefore customers) to DeGroot Roof Painting. Current or previous customers do not qualify as referrals. People who have also previously enquired but not gone ahead also do not qualify as referrals.

 

3. Rewards And Offers

As a referring customer, you will receive $200 for each successful referral that meets all qualifying criteria. There is a limit of one payment per referral.

 

The person you refer will receive $200 off their roof painting project when they use your referral link AND when full payment has been received from the referred customer.

 

There is no limit to the number of successful referrals you can make. Rewards cannot be combined with other DeGroot Roof Painting promotions, discounts, or special offers unless explicitly stated.

4. Issuing Of Rewards And Offers

Rewards will be issued to the referring customer within 14 days after:

 

• The referred customer's project has been completed
• Full payment has been received from the referred customer
• Any inspection period has passed without issues or disputes

 

Rewards will be issued via your preferred payment method as selected during the referral program signup process. DeGroot Roof Painting reserves the right to verify the identity of referring customers before issuing any rewards.

5. Privacy

All personal information collected and processed as part of this Referral Program will be used in accordance with DeGroot Roof Painting's Privacy Policy, available at degrootroofpainting.com.au/privacy-policy. Under applicable laws and regulations, DeGroot Roof Painting shall be responsible for collecting and processing such personal information.

6. General

6.1. These Referral Terms are published by DeGroot Roof Painting ("we", "us", and "our"). Our Referral Program as displayed on our Website and these Terms form a binding agreement for both Referring Users ("you" or "your(s)") and people who receive our referral invitation.

 

6.2. This Referral Program permits you to invite your contacts to participate in DeGroot Roof Painting's services.

 

6.3. You may only invite personal friends, family members, neighbors, acquaintances, and colleagues to this Referral Program.

7. Completed Referrals and Limit

7.1. All referred people must be new and first-time customers. Existing customers cannot participate in and benefit from the Referral Program as referred customers.

 

7.2. You represent that all personal information provided is 100% correct and up to date. We may monitor your use of the Referral Program or request your ID to verify your identity before issuing rewards.

 

7.3. Self-referrals are prohibited. You cannot refer yourself, members of your household, or utilize multiple email addresses or identities to receive referral benefits.

 

7.4. Pay Per Click (PPC) Policy - PPC bidding is NOT allowed without prior written permission.

8. Restrictions

8.1. This Program cannot be combined with other DeGroot Roof Painting referral programs, discounts, vouchers, benefits, or incentives, unless explicitly stated.

 

8.2. You understand and agree that you must not use referral methods that are bothersome to the recipients. Your participation in the Referral Program must not violate applicable law, including but not limited to anti-spam legislation.

 

8.3. You must not publish our Referral Program on any sites or platforms that house any Adult Content, Alcohol, Tobacco, Gambling, Games and Online Casinos, Political Content, or any form of illegal activities.

 

8.4. You must only use our Referral Program for personal use and refrain from its use for commercial purposes.

9. Term and Termination

9.1. DeGroot Roof Painting reserves the right to modify or terminate this Referral Program at any time, with or without notice.

 

9.2. Any referral made before the end of the Referral Program can still participate. However, we may exclude referrals in our sole discretion made after its termination date.

 

9.3. We may terminate your participation in this Referral Program at any time if we believe you have violated these terms.

10. Exclusive Relationship

10.1. You understand and agree that you are only a customer of our services, and you must refrain from implying any other affiliation or legal relationship with us.

 

10.2. You understand and agree that you are never authorized to legally bind DeGroot Roof Painting.

 

10.3. You must never create any materials that contain our branding, trademark, or corporate identity without our express written permission.

11. Privacy and Information

11.1. You undertake to respect the privacy rights of the people you invite to our Referral Program.

 

11.2. When referring other people, you must always inform them about the applicable terms and conditions and privacy policy before they participate in the Referral Program.

12. Amendments

DeGroot Roof Painting may amend the terms and conditions of our Referral Program at any time. We may offer and/or restrict additional incentives, benefits, and programs. As a result, additional terms may apply. You agree that you are aware of those amended and additional terms.

13. Violations and Termination

13.1. In case we suspect any violations of these terms or otherwise tampering with, fraud, or unreasonable use of our Referral Program, we may in our sole discretion cancel the distribution of any discount, benefit, or payout.

 

13.2. If you are a current or former employee, contractor, or affiliate of DeGroot Roof Painting, we may restrict your participation in the Referral Program, and we may restrict or cancel your participation with immediate effect.

14. Disclaimer and Indemnification

14.1. We offer our Referral Program and its benefits only on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may remove, change, and update the Referral Program in our sole discretion. We make no promises or guarantees about the content and information of our Referral Program.

 

14.2. You will defend, indemnify and hold DeGroot Roof Painting harmless from and against all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, expenses, and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your participation in the Referral Program.

 

15. Applicable Law

The laws of Victoria, Australia shall apply, and the courts in Victoria are competent to hear any claim that may arise out of these terms.

 

The Agreement is an electronic contract that sets out the legally binding terms of your participation in the De Groot Roof Painting partner program. You indicate your acceptance of this Agreement and all of the terms and conditions contained or referenced in this Agreement by completing the Partner Program Signup and/or generating your own De Groot Roof Painting referral link. This action creates an electronic signature that has the same legal force and effect as a handwritten signature.
